Jack Gibson famously quoted that 'Winning starts on Monday' and with 14 Mondays to go until the Gold, each week will be precious. Using this week to work on a formal training roster to build on the solid base we have. After swimming almost every day for 12 months we have a good foundation on which to build. One semester (13 wks) to gain the Bachelor of Surf.
Did my daily routine 2.2k swim with Dark Mavis @ Woy Woy before heading home to chat with daughters in UK.
